Supportive & palliative care · Residential aged care
Specialist supportive and palliative care, brought to residential aged care.
Helping aged care residents stay well and comfortable in familiar surroundings. Every review is bulk-billed — never a cost to residents or their families.
Better care for older Australians, with less disruption and more dignity.
We bring supportive and palliative care expertise directly to the facility — so residents are reviewed in their own surroundings, rather than sent to hospital for problems that can be managed on-site.
-
Bulk-billed, always
Every review is fully covered under Medicare. No out-of-pocket cost to residents or families.
-
Specialist care on-site
Reviews happen at your facility, reducing distressing and unnecessary hospital transfers.
-
Support for your whole team
We work with your staff, GPs and families — sharing clear plans and guidance, not just assessments.
About us
Expert medical care, in the place residents call home.
Older Australians deserve expert, attentive medical care in the place they call home. We work alongside facility staff and GPs — reviewing residents in familiar surroundings and supporting families through the decisions that matter most.
